The conveyors we offer may be equipped with stationary or mobile belts and integrated into a process: they perform transport between the different stages of the product processing. These conveying belts work in perfect synergy and guarantee efficiency and profitability. They are available as standard products or are tailor-made designed, depending on your needs.
They are used for any kind of product (individual load or bulk products), for sludge treatment, selective waste collection or waste sorting (whole or shredded tyres, Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE), Automotive Shredder Residues (ASR), Ordinary Industrial Waste (OIW)).
The trough conveyor 10, 20, 30 or 45° is used to carry bulk products. It ensures perfect sealing, depending on the flows and the products transported. In case of large flows or bulky products, side edges may be added.
The flat conveyor is used to take advantage of the whole belt surface. Product is thus spread over its whole width. It is very efficient to sort out stuff on the transporting belt.
The “grasshopper”-type conveyor is very useful thanks to its mobility. Its pneumatic axle and height-adjustment give the conveyor a high flexibility and a real freedom of use.
The accelerator conveyor is used to feed optical sorters. Its belt width may reach up to 2,800 mm and its speed may reach up to 4 m/s. These are essential features for the efficiency of the optical sorter and of the ejected products.
The simple or double-gooseneck conveyor is used to go down as much as possible. This version is recommended at the exit of machines or to optimise flow in confined spaces.
The conveyor with “sidewalls” is suited for high slopes and still keeps a perfect sealing thanks to its vulcanised folded side-guides at belt’s ends.
The chain conveyor or steel deck conveyor is used to transport very heavy products or to hold back large loads. It may also be used to convey very hot or very sharp products, when rubber belt cannot be used.
